A year today was my mum's funeral.

And in that year, I am at a stage where I am applying for a job that I have been encouraged to apply for.

I know my mum would be proud of me. 

And I am living my life for her. I told her I was going to make her proud.

30 day song challenge: Day 20. A song that has many meanings to you. A letter I can't send...

Dear.... I don't know what to call you. Dad is so... personal for someone that barely knew you and yet, Calling you by your name feels unnatural too. I've been thinking about you a lot recently. I know that you are not alive anymore to actually find you and say this to you so this letter is my way of talking to you. I have always believed that I must be a bad person because of you. I have never heard a good word about you, not even from George and Ian. They just told me that the best thing that you ever did was leave me alone. And they were your friends. MAFS Australia Olivia.

I am not the kind of person that uses the "hate" word to describe a person. It's too extreme.  But I think I actually do hate this woman: Her name is Olivia and she is a bride on this season of Married At First Sight Australia. To start off with, she seemed lovely. She mentioned feeling insecure because of her being bullied because she was overweight and she cared for her father. And for a couple of weeks, she acted the part. Her husband, Jackson, was falling for her and they were one of the strongest couples in the show. And then the act stopped. She showed her true colours. She started a war with another bride because the other bride was too loud. Instead of having a quiet word and being friendly, she said it in front of the entire group. It gets worse: 1) she cut up a bridesmaid dress and sent it back to the bride because she didn't like it when her friend asked her to be bridesmaid. 2) she told Jackson that she holds grudges.
