30 day song challenge. Day 8.

30 day song challenge: Day 8. A song about drugs or alcohol.

This is an easy pick. I know this song is about drugs because I read the album insert and the band mentioned the song is about drugs.

And that song is a song I love.

It's "Elevator up" by Fountains of Wayne. 

It has a kind of Oasis-y feel to it and it's so catchy and it's one of my favourite FOW songs.

30 day song challenge. Day 20.

30 day song challenge: Day 20. A song that has many meanings to you. Oh, this is a tricky one, but I am going to pick a song that I kind of fits a lot of my "life chapters" (even before the song was released) and the lyrics really point to feelings I've had in my life at certain times. And that song is "Numb" by Linkin Park. "I'm tired of being what you want me to be". I felt (especially in school) I tried to be the same as everyone else. I was bullied so I tried to keep my head down, and blend in. But that affected my mental health. Feel a lot better today

I feel much better today and I know that I have done a lot of changes over the last few months and I'm not the person who rushed into things anymore. I have people who support me and I know that I am doing the right thing.
