Lego Masters.

I want to start this post by saying that I haven't really used/ played with Lego since I was about eight.

That fact didn't stop me becoming addicted to the TV show "Lego Masters Australia". I was just channel hopping one Sunday afternoon and it was starting on e4 and it was the first episode. I was strangely curious about what it was about, and yeah, I ended up addicted.

I love the presenter, Hamish Blake, who presents the show like he's doing a year 10 media project. He's really funny and the fact that he loves Lego and gets on well with the contestants (and is also supportive and asks questions that points out potential problems) is really nice.

I'm not doing him much justice but he's brilliant.

The thing I love most about the show is the fact that, even though it is a competition, the team's support, encourage and help each other and it has this really nice vibe about it. Nobody sabatages anyone or slags anyone off. It's just lovely to watch.

I have tried to watch the US one and I have never managed to watch a full episode. I don't know why, I just can't seem to get into it. It's on e4 on a Sunday, will keep tuning in and seeing if I can last a full episode.

And I watched some of the UK one on YouTube and it felt odd seeing kids on the show. Its nice that kids were on it, don't get me wrong, but it just felt more like the show was aimed at children.
